Apple has announced the next generation of the AirPods Pro, alongside the new iPhone 14 series and Watch 8 Series. It seems that Apple hasn’t changed the design of the new wireless earphones and decided to offer them with the same old design. It does have a brand-new charging case, and users even get an additional ear tip size for a better fit.
The charging case is sweat- and water-resistant, and now even includes a lanyard loop to make it easier for you to find it. With Precision Finding, users with a U1-enabled iPhone will now be able to locate their charging case with guided directions. The charging case also has a built-in speaker to deliver louder tones, which will make it easier to locate the case.
The AirPods have Touch control for media playback and volume adjustments directly from the stem. Apple is touting longer battery life with the earphones. Under the hood is the new H2 chip. It has support for Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) with “advanced computation audio.” Using the TrueDepth camera on iPhone, users will be able to create a personal profile for Spatial Audio.
